My 4 year old pulled this off the library shelf, I worried it might be scary but he loved it. And on the top A cone of scented fat Melted to liquid in the summer warmth And smelled of ths.
I enjoyed the book but not as sure about mummt 6yo son. The illustrations are fine, but it’s Bunting’s words that stand out here.
